Thanks, @1 Wild R/T
I'm going to run it to a
friends transmission shop
and have him check it out.
The transmission sat for a
few years before being filled
and run. Don't know if this
would cause any issues with
its' performance.
Thanks for posting this
Richard.
I've brought the subject of
rising car thefts up before.
With the push for EV's, I see
this getting worse. We're
headed for a Cuban
scenario.
I feel bad for this guy.
Thanks for the follow-up,
@Cranky .
Got the 1-2 shift set at about
20mph, but 2-3 doesn't come
in until about 2800 rpm on
it's own. I can get it to shift
before then with a
momentary lift of the pedal.
I'm thinking I have too much
stall. When I stand on it, all
hell is unleashed, but don't

This car died an early death.
Less than 3 months old, with
less than 2400 miles on the
clock.
Houston flood near Addicks
reservoir. 6" of rain in an
hour.
A lifted Ford truck with some
big meats pushed a 3 foot
wall of water in front of it.
The wave washed over the
hood and hydrolocked the
Coyote.
All Rick is saying, that if
you are willing to take the
time, and enjoy the hunt,
that you're not tied down
to using ready made kits
available from trusted
vendors. Evidently, they've
done the homework, and
offer kits available more so
for those that want a quick
and easy conversion.

"Go to a hydraulic shop and have them make what you need."
Agree with @Jerry Hall
The shop may not have to
make a custom hose
for you, and may be able to
suggest different fittings
or adapters needed to
complete your installation.
What's this got to do with clearing glue from a plastic piece of trim?
I'm with @GetX'd. Your're stressing ME out.
OSHA ain't gonna be
standing over his shoulder
looking for infractions.
"Professor Thurston Billingsley" is incorrect
in that 100% of grillers just
wing it.
I'm not about to throw a $25
bone in ribeye on the grill
moving it around, hoping
for the best outcome.
I've spent some time in
a restaurant environment
insuring the patrons got
exactly what they asked
for...
Denatured alcohol. Used
for cleaning fine jewelry
without damaging the
properties of the metal.
One of those thousand
answered questions.
Simple is best.
"sciatica is some evil ****"
Boy, howdy! Nothing has
knocked me out of
commission like the dreaded
attack. I don't take any drugs
for it's relief of pain. It takes
3 days of being immobile
before I can get up off the
couch after a bout.
It's amazing how debilitating
it can be.
Sciatica.
The reason for my
retirement. Over-
compensation in the spine
from being paralyzed on
one side. Can't sit in front
of that computer screen
for hours on end anymore.
But I haven't stopped
entirely from working on
the hot rods. Just gotta
be mighty careful. I've
even modified my creeper...
