They made the 71 look like a 72 for the next season of the show. They did the same to the convertible Cuda on the Mannix show,and the two Challenger convertibles on the Mod Squad and Medical Center.

I had a 71 slsnt six convertible Barracuda,that was one of 163 convertible Barracudas built in 71 with that engine. I pulled out the slant six and put the k frame and driveline from a 71 Challenger R/T in the car.
