Looking for red interior parts for my 1967 satellite convertible I’m working on.

Need:
Red dash pad
Red console body
Red seat belts
Red steering wheel

I’m looking for parts that are very nice, not re-dyed. Let me know what you have. If parts can be delivered to Carlisle in July would be great. Thanks

Is the console red the same as 1966 ? or same as 1968? Or a completely different color.
And you cant use the parts book for reference. As the 66 Console is a 2 piece plastic, 67-70 is a one piece

I know where a mint red 1968 auto console is, But it aint cheap And its a darker red than my 66 is

That’s a great question. There are two different reds on the interior of my car. A darker red on the top and bottom of the doors and rear panels. Then a brighter almost metallic type red on the door panels themselves. My car didn’t have a console and I’m adding one so I haven’t found out yet what color red it is.

These are original unpainted red kick panels for a 1966. ( Not for sale btw ) Console should be the same , for 1966.

Ps, On mine the tops and bottoms of the door frames are a slightly different color than my door panels
But none of my cars interior is original paint either

Another question. What color red is the 67 steering wheel.

And the steering wheel is a 3 spoke versus 2 spoke for 1966 . Mine was an nos wheel when the car was done 25 years ago. And it has a pearlescence look to it as opposed to the plain tomato red repop wheels

Doors and door panel colors. These are original and not recolored.

Not the best pics and pretty dirty. I can fix this steering wheel and respray it. It’s not really too bad.

I’ll check tomorrow. I shined a light on it and it looks solid but I’ll check a hidden spot. Also, it’s not as nice as I thought looks like a spider web and you can see where cracks are forming.

Here is original pieces. 1967 door and panel, 1866 carpet. Yes the colors are a bit different on the parts.

Jamey your door panel appears reproduction. Compare to these photos, see how the stampings are deep and puffy in these photos. Now compare it, your panel is flat and not very puffy.

1968 interior is not the same color. 1966 console is 2 piece and different material.

It doesn’t help that I’m red/green colorblind too!! Haha.
I promise, it’s an original door panel.
Thanks for the pics!

Check the backside of the door panels for markings. The originals in my 67 Satellite are stamped Allen Ind Inc with a date.
