    Its running a little rough...

Just for clarification here, is the electric pusher feeding the carburetor through the inoperative pump on the motor? Maybe the pushrod on the mechanical pump is bad?

    Tach no workee.

Just tossing this out, some tachs need a filter or something to work with MSD boxes. Maybe called something else but corrects the signal.

Anyone want to make a few $$$s? Advice on Sniper install

I use a separate relay and fuse panel for my Sniper 2. Main power and ground are directly to the battery as per instructions. I wired in a 2post generic starter relay which seems to last longer than the factory style that is sourced from who knows where. This works and doesn’t cost much...

    Who Is Running 255 60 15 Front/Rear on a 71-2 Charger or B Body?

My Charger is running 255/70/15 on 15x8 all 4 corners and no problem. I wanted a little more tire height and still have some room.

    Who here remembers doing this?

Yes I remember those very well along with washing windshields and carrying the metal coin changer on my belt and a roll of bills in my shirt pocket. Back when Arco was Atlantic Richfield and the average price was around 32 cents per gallon. I already had Mopar - itis really bad and it's still...

    Holley Sniper II starting

I am assuming you are referring to the injector connector and I didn’t open up this one to see. The whole throttle body has been changed and it’s better in my opinion than the first model. The injectors are now front and rear instead of side to side and the fuel transfer tube is cast into the...

    Holley Sniper II starting

The loose or broken connection is a common problem for the sniper 1. My mileage had dropped to around 9 and the engine was acting like it had a miss under acceleration. My wife spotted the dark area on the throttle body as soon as I took the air cleaner off. I decided to try the sniper 2...

    Holley Sniper II starting

The sniper directions refer to turning the key on and waiting for a few seconds while the pump primes and then the injectors wet the intake. The sniper 2 is an improvement and mine starts right up even after sitting for two months.

    Lokar on a 727

Yes I did put a return spring on the lever on the transmission. The lokar cable reverses the operation so there needs to be a spring on the lever instead of at the throttle because the cable pulls the lever back instead of the rod pushing it back.

Early B Body Gen 3 HEMI swap. Who has done it?

Just a suggestion for you guys. Can you get a mockup model of the engine and transmission to set in the car and see what needs to be addressed?? Might be worth the investment to be able to sort out some of the problems. Some later b body parts may work with some modifications.
