Wife bought some lamb breast plates at Aldi for $8. I wasn't expecting much, I marinated them in Coke, Worcestershire, Amino acids(soy, but won't turn you to a soyboy) and garlic. Did Meateaters smoking method, did a Jim Beam/ Sweet Baby Ray's glaze and it was awesome.

I purchased a Wix for the JK to do a transmission fluid change. Sure enough made in Taiwan. I searched high and low for a USA made filter, apparently it doesn't exist for a Nag1, unless anyone knows where to get one. The bolt head on the the driver middle snapped, so I just replaced the fluid...

What brand is that? I'd like some local made pans. I've been collecting cast iron to replace all the crap they sell these days.

Side note, if you need a new AC unit get one now. 2025 there's a new refrigerant that will be standard. From what our contactor at work told me it's slightly flammable and there will be a control sensor attached. If it detects anything abnormal it will lockout and require a service call.

Today... I yelled F@#$! Had a beard dragger strut for 45 minutes at 25 yards on the neighbors property. Him and his hens cross over about 50 yards away, the hens run up the hill but he comes in fan up, the hens freak, fly into the trees behind me, he drops his fan and walks away to the right of...

Got kicked by Bill "Superfoot" Wallace. Daughter has a sparring training with him today and he was demonstrating to her how to kick me in the head lol.

Yeah, dumped a few inches of snow in a couple hours yesterday, it's still snowing. Kids are having a snow day today.
