The seat rails on my 70 Bee appears to be backwards. The seats stand to straight up, instead of having an incline towards the back seat. The rails are installed with the lower side at the front and the higher side at the back. Should I invert them?

The lug nut are only there to hold the rim so you can see the rim center hole does not go over the center hub. I'm going to use tapered small nuts. Imaged attached.

I received my leaf springs for my 1970 Bee however, one side has 7 leafs springs while the other has only four. I checked my originals ones and both have five. The car was an original 3.23 open diff however, now it is an 3.55 posi. Can somebody help?
