Engine mounts to block or k frame?

Hi, I will be reinstalling my engine and transmission soon (318 poly/727 into 66 Satellite). They are going in from the top. Do I bolt the engine mounts to the block prior to install and then bolt to k frame when it goes in, or bolt to k frame first and then lower engine, or doesn't it matter? Also should I leave the radiator out and install later, or is there enough room with it installed to install now? Thanks

Bolt them to the motor first.
