Guys, I'm starting a 64 dodge gasser project. I need to start looking for some fenderwell headers. Anyone know who sells them or where to look for a pair. I see them on cars, but haven't been able to find any online.

thanks for the help

Thanks. I will head to their website. Do you have them installed? Would love a pic if you do?

Would they look anything like this? I just know that these won't fit my road runner.

Actually I"m looking for the "over and under" fender well headers. what them to spit out straight down behind the front tires. thanks for the pic though. I really appreciate it!

So you're building a "Gasser" not an "Altered"? Straight axle without changing the wheelbase? Gocha. We use Hooker Super Comp fenderwells. Keep in mind how much of your inner fender will have to be hacked away. If it's a street car then you can cap the collectors and run regular exhaust when you don't feel like getting arrested or electric cut-outs but I've never tried them and hear they rust and seize.

that's what I"m looking for. Thanks Polara Pat. Do you happen to know part number? On Summit the mopar headers all say for dart/duster. I'm not sure it matters really, as I will be running straight axle and will cut the inner fenderwells out. Wondering if I even need to try and find B body fenderwells or if any big Block header will work. I'm either going to run a flip front end or will be prepared to take most of the inner fender well out altogether. I've got a set of electric cutouts that my friend had. If they work great, if not, I will do the old wing nut approach...

Not sure of the part # but they are Hooker Super Comps and I'm pretty sure they are for a later B-body ('68-'69?) There was a also a bit of cutting behind the fender that you can see to make them fit but that may also be due to the alteredness.

Moshers use fenderwell headers on the restorations they do on 62 to 65 Mopars. You can look around there site and see if they would work for you. I know they are a Doug's headers but I dont know if they still make them but Mosher had about 20 sets or so at there place. You could always contact them as I believe they were selling a few of their sets not to long ago. Good luck and here is the link. Ron

Jegs has Doug's fenderwell headers on its web site part#d440

thanks Jay T. I contacted mosher via email.. hopefully they will give me some ideas on where to find their headers. I do see the dougs header listing on jegs and summit, but I'm looking for a little different style than what you listed. Very helpful though. The headers on most of Mosher's cars are exactly what I"m looking for.

Chad's Headers was making them for Mosher for some time I believe, not sure if he does. Try to Google "Chad's Headers" I think that is how I got in touch with him a while ago. I'm out of town now or I'd try to find his number for you. Jim M
