Question on spd and engine pad

This pertains to a 67 Coronet RT. I plan on taking it to Mecum Harrisburg to see if I can move it along.
I’ve always believed it was a matching numbers drivetrain but the info on the engine tag and spd on the fender tag has me confused. Or I’m not decoding the spd correctly. I’ll post pictures of everything I’m looking at. Assembly date on engine pad says 6 14, fender tag spd is C19 (Dec 66 ?) ibm card says shipping date 12/22.
Is the engine correct for the car?

June 14th , 1967 engine assembly. Block casting messed up... possibly May 21 67? Car build Dec 66, nope

67 cast date on the block makes it wrong. Otherwise possible but not likely.
