I made one of those.

Works pretty good, but only cuts a 1/2 to 3/4 inch swath.

Out of curiosity, what does that "name brand" one do?

I LIKE it!
Great for manifolds ON car, or inside trunk panels etc.
Wish it was mine and I owned it!
I have a TIP, 80Lb "Pot" and it works well.
But, it's not a recovery system.
