Hi guys, I have a piece like this, and the question is where the hell is it? I can not understand.
Do you have a picture of how it is mounted?
Thanks in advance

What type of car?

Mine on my 69 Charger is mounted on the drivers side frame rail. You reminded me to install mine, the screws were rusted. Mount it in these screw holes in the picture.

I have a coronet 68 engine 318

I think it’s main purpose was to keep the pedal/transmission linkage free from snow and mud.

certainly, in order not to let water enter the electric parts of the starter motor

It’s main purpose was to keep mud and ice from binding up the linkage.
