I have an 833 O/D with the 5.125 retainer and the big bolt circle.
I can't turn down the retainer because of the bolt circle.
Turning the housing will get into the fork pivot bolts.
I found that factory O/D bells have a pivot that mounts different.
I think I can get a new pivot and mount it...

Does this mean the motor is 1970 spec, with 8.8:1 compression instead of 9.2.
There's a Charger for sale near me that's VIN indicates it came with an N code 205 HP 400 4 barrel.
I'm not familiar with this one, but have seen many P code 250 HP and M code 2 barrel motors.
Mymopar.com lists both N and P as having the same compression- 8.2:1

Hey folks-
I just purchased a vacuum gauge to help me tune the 440 in my D150.
The only vacuum port on the Performer intake is in use by the PCV valve.
Do I have to put a "T" in that, or can I use one of the EGR ports that already have the correct threaded hole?

I picked up a Milodon "car" oil pan for my 440 at Garlits.
I thought I was getting a good deal at $40...but I just found out they require Milodon's own gasket.
A- is this true? You can't make a "regular" gasket work?
B- is it a good thing? I don't recall issues with factory style...
