Just remember that $25 was a lot of money in 1970 and the cars were expensive.
Now a days all the common options are in packages, not individual like the old days
A 22" radiator was standard with the 3.23 ratio on 440-4 and 440-6. There are shaker six pack Cuda's with a 22" rad.
Yes the...
Read carfelluy before arguing.
Now you asked what was wrong with your fuel system and we are trying to tell you have the factory did it.
2 vent connections. One for the tube up in the trunk.
Second to the J shaped vent line.
Here is your missing vent line that was installed on these cars...
Yes the return line goes to the pinched off line on the sender. Only the guy that did that can tell you why is closed off.
The 2 vent lines out the LF of the tank, one goes into trunk. The other is "J" shaped and goes straight up and mounts to the shock crossmember with a push in clip. Approx...
Where is the C16 located? It could be the SPD. Scheduled production date.
Post a photo?
Are you sure of the build date you read, maybe there is confusion somewhere.
Look at this tag. Does this car have 2 consoles? No, the lower C16 is SPD
Do you have a stock 1967 383 intake? They have the narrow bolt pattern so the AVS will need to have two holes on each ear to fit. Also pretty small throttle bores so measure your intake bores first to see if a 625 will fit.
If you have a 2806301 or 2951666 intake it will fit with wide pattern...
I have a 1970 RH I took off. I can get it out later.
I recall that in 1970 they changed the door latches so the door could operate differently from inside. I'll check that operation later also.
A-body radios have different mounting on the front of the radio. Where the bolts thread in there are no locator pins. It won't swap over, dofferent dimensions and shape. But yes the dial and layout looks simular.
Buttons have the hollowed out part on top b body, on bottom A body.
Swapping heads isn't that easy. How many hours and how much money does that cost? And what if another bolt breaks somewhere?
If you can't remove the broken bolt then pay someone to come over and do it for you.
That bracket is for B blocks only, it won't fit on an RB block. The bolt is lines up to thread into the cylinder head on an RB block.
The alternator bracket is the same for both blocks on AC, on non AC the alt bracket has two holes for the alt bolt, B or RB block.
Great video, shows you some things you don't want to duplicate.
Yes it the same as your 67. The coronet glove box is uphigher than the charger so the access and visibility is different.
Don't take the linkage apart, unbolt the vacuum diaphragm and take it all out with the box. Don't take...
AC and non AC heater cores are very different shape and size, they don't interchange.
Yes the box splits on half. I don't think it is very easy to do in the car. You could remove your box and see what's inside, it may be an easy fix. You can open the dash vent door and see inside some, but...
