Edelbrock's are dual pattern and will fit early and late square flange stock intakes. When using any square flange carb on a spread bore intake (Edelbrock performer)there is very little contact between the gasket and flange.

The 650 AVS2 is a good street carb. Photos show 2 types of kick down if you are using a Auto Transmission.
One thing that gets overlooked often is Density Altitude. No two carbs will run the same if the Density Altitude changes.
A engine that runs well at 800' sea level will need adjustments at 3600' sea level.Mixture screws, jets and or metering rods along with timing.

He is wanting to revive the real Chrysler Corporation...
Good solid car with a straight body. I believe they lightened it quite a bit taking all the heavy braces out of the doors and the 5 mph bumper stuff that weighs a ton. Have you weighed it yet ?
If and this is a big if, you may want to replace the whole system with more modern equipment.
The 65 heater vacuum controls can be rebuilt along with the heater control valve. Then replacing the heater core and evaporator cores.RV2 compressors can be found rebuilt. This may cost more than a modern...
I believe that car was from Arizona at one time and watched it race several times in Las Vegas.
It may have been owned from a member on here. I had a original one, wife called it the Great White Whale.
Tying the frame may help. I would. Man I like that car...
Check Speedway Motors. 4.5 bolt pattern CHROME 15x7 #250-205712 or 15x8 #250-2055812 both have 4.25 backspace, center hole is 2.840. I checked and they will work for Mopar axle hubs such as the 8 3/4'' axle.
They call them "Hot Rod Wheels. Old school chrome with cap lugs like the old days.
