i am chasing a starter motor for my 440-505 it has about 12.1 compression.
i need a mini starter as i have tti headers and a big oil pan, i used to have a mini on and it was a tight fit with that.
so can anyone recommend one that will turn over this engine with ease and still fit in the area...

it says to pull the inner springs out on my valve springs when i run the cam in as it wears better.

i have dual quad carbs on my 440 and i have power brakes now with the vacuum line from the brake booster do i need to route it to the vacuum outlet on both carbies or just one of the carbs and block the front hole off?

just made some custom shift rods, best upgrade i could of done, no more slop in the gears and shift as ahrd as i want.
made them out of 1/2" stainless pipe welded nuts on the end and used some heim joints.
