I have 2012 Ram and ate the cam in my 5.7 at a 125K. I opted for a reman. engine with the MDS delete w/the tuner and stainless headers to eliminate the exhaust stud breakage issue. 30K later and I have no regrets, my truck actually runs better, tows better and gets a little better mileage now.
