As stated, 360, 400 and cast crank 440's have weighted converters.
Your internally balanced stroker doesn't need a weighted converter.
So drop the "360 converter" term.
904 amd 727 have different converters, they will not interchange.
You will want a neutral balance 904 converter.
But everybody was afraid if they went from OEM HD .88 to ,96, their ride would be harsh, ride like a dump truck etc :lol: . Nobody would listen to Mitch. Of course, Mitch was on track competing, so no sweat off his back if they ignored him. IMO it's the best first initial most impactful upgrade...
I don't think that this is right.
The LA series engines used the same flex plate for the 318 as the 360 from everything that I have seen and dealt with, The balance factor is done either internally or through the harmonic balancer and a weight added to the converter. I don't see how that affects...
