Use a spacer metal of course to realign things. I've had it done before.

Should I repair the factory gauges of?

Seriously guys. All the rallye gauges are, are volt meters in disguise. There is nothing extremely technical with them. They run on a pulsed 5 volts. If your voltage regulator isn't working correctly or sticks they get smoked. Full scale requires 10 ohms of resistance and the empty/ cold / zero...

Post up facts and things that hardly anyone knows...... (for entertainment purposes only. NO need to fact check)

The "under ruddered" theory has always been there, but in sea trials she steered as intended. Also, the sister ship Olympic had the same sized rudder, her captain claimed that it was "the most maneuverable and responsive ship he had ever had the pleasure to command." There's no actual evidence...

Should I repair the factory gauges of?

I was in the same boat 4 years ago. I was pulling the clusters every other month. I fix one gauge and another starts playing up. After pulling the cluster for the 10th time, I bought the Dakota Digital cluster and it was the best decision ever.

When installing headliner use a good contact cement. You need one strong enough to hold while you stretch. It makes all the difference. If you use the wrong stuff you will end up with wrinkles. I tried several BEFORE I used this particular Weldwood Landau. Others mentioned this but it’s...

'crack by the shifting mech'. There is a seal for the shifter sleeve to stop fluid leakage. If the crack is close enough to the hole, heat distortion from welding may mean the seal doesn't fit/leaks. I do not know why you would use a welded case when you have a perfectly good case sitting next...

When you install your carpet DO NOT trim the edges that go over the rocker panels until AFTER you have installed your seats. The seats pull the carpet in slightly and you may end up with gaps and need to replace the whole carpet when you get time...

    WTB Super Stock trunk battery

I just received my Super Stock battery. It took 11 months and 15 days to get at $597.11 shipped. They no longer come with the correct Super Stock sticker or caps. Wayne is a nice guy but he just has them dropped ship from the vender that he gets them from. Sorry but that is unacceptable way of...

That said^^^ pay attention the first time you roll up the quarter windows with new roof rail seals. The 1/4 glass goes BETWEEN the two rubber sections, not on top of the outer. If you fawk it up it's almost impossible to correct that once it takes a set.
