These 16 buttons are for the rear seats and bucket seats. Looking at the backside of the buttons you can see that 4 have eye hook attachments, 4 have large round clips and 8 have the smaller round clips.

First, I’m not sure why a blue wire would be labeled “door”. I would not think connecting it to the door courtesy light switch yellow wires would achieve anything related to radio use.
