    Well the hole was also for the speaker. Look in the parts manual. In the 74 manual it mentions the 3501 280 for the passenger side speaker :) and 2580 690 for the driver side speaker. My car came with both....

    Don't know yet. Mine is dated October 30th 1973. Build date of the car is November 8th... So far so good.

    I just bought a replace trunk mat, depite I am going to re-back the old original one with new rubber. The backing was crumbled and came of. Although the replacement mat has a different color, the material and shape resembles the original one (fabrik, fish bone style) pretty good.

    Does the 74 Charger horn have the same partno regardless the brand of the horn? - I only have one Prestolite horn on the left side (L=low?), but I can see (bolt damage and wire split) there was one also mounted on the right side once, but has gone. - What's are the partno's for left and right?

    Wow... never thought about that option.... Would have saved me a lot of fuss I mentioned in an earlier post. The headliner is easilty damaged when taken out an putting back in... My headliner was already torn so any additional damage did not care.

    Well, If you hurry up, the prices are moving to the moon also. The younger generation is more into the 3rd generation, the more sporty round slick streamlined body lines. Dukes of Hazard? Never heard of. Pistol grip? Just like holding a d&ck. Manual speed? The kick down is more of a kick.
