Don't forget Fedex. Ordered a wagyu brisket from Snake River Farms, Fedex delivered it two days late, meat was at 58 degrees. Had to toss it. Customer service at Snake River Farms was great, sending me a replacement order Monday. Hopefully Fedex doesn't ruin this one.
