You could try disconnecting the accelerator pump rod. Possible the pump is binding and not allowing the throttle plates to close completely. Just don't drop the little clip!
The only hard part is finding the little pins that match the valleys in your ignition key. Take a door lock cylinder and pop off that little rectangular stainless steel cover. Carefully dump out the springs and pins. I believe there are 5 springs and 10 little pins. Insert your ignition key into...
There's cam regrinding of your original cam. These guys have good reputation but a horrible website. Lots of guys on forabodiesonly.com use and speak highly of them.

Not to hijack the thread but anyone else running 15x8 on the rear of a 66/67 b body with 255/60/15? I was under the impression 15x7 would be about max. This looks great.
