What's everyone doing to mount the scoop to the hood. Rivets, bolts and nuts. Screw inserts etc I'm ready to bolt mine to my glass hood and was wondering what everyone did for yours.
Who thinks that the side stripes on a 440 dodge takes away from the chrome. Or should it be there. I know i have seen it both ways myself i don't care for the stripe. What's your call.
I can see that media blasting would be best but cost to much for my budget. So I have been stripping panels as I go but leave small patches of old paint in areas such as the corners of the trunk lid etc. I have done the strip thing a couple of times. So will the exopy primer and sealer take care...
I have talked with several people about the air pressure and can't get a straight answer from anyone on what pressure to use for the primers to top coats. Some use low and others using high. Would 40 psi be a good point.
