I have the piece you're looking for. It only has one retaining stud. If you have retainers studs this would be useable. It is in decent condition, straight , not dings, chrome looks like all it needs is a good cleaning and buffing.

Where would I find retaining studs?
 
Honestly, I don't know. I will check my collection of fasteners and see if I can find any.
