Pretty decent original black lower pad for a 1969 standard gauge non ac dash B-body. Would also work for 1968. Cleaned up but never painted. There was a small repair made in the area under where the tach will mount. I didn't paint it in case the next owner wants to mess around with this area a little more, but I think it would be plenty good for a driver. $150 plus shipping if using friends and family or add 4% to the total with goods and services.
