4 speed custom rods i made

just made some custom shift rods, best upgrade i could of done, no more slop in the gears and shift as ahrd as i want.

made them out of 1/2" stainless pipe welded nuts on the end and used some heim joints.

what do you think

Hmmm? 2 levers up and 1 down, is that an overdrive transmission? Mine 18 spline 833 1970 has all levers pointing upwards.

yeh was a 75 OD tranny i put a older 68 style main case on it with the (better well i think its better style) side cover and reverse detent spring setup

Looking as it's very solid, good job, maybe ad some nylon locker nuts so they stay in place.

Yep, job well done! Eliminating the slop from all the linkage rods is a worthwhile effort.
