On a 68 coronet what do you think is the weight of the door glass & mechanism ?

I would guess 15-20 lbs on door 10-15 on rear 1/4 glass

Similar in size, 64 Belvedere. I removed the regulators side glass and rear glass. Replaced it all with 1/8" lexan. Shaved off about 80lbs. Still has the stock windshield.

The reason im asking is because im in the process of lining up the doors on the 68 coronet that i am working on. I want to put some weight in the doors to mimic the weight of the glass & mechanism. I have a full gallon of clear, reducer & a quart of hardner in the doors now. I didnt know if that would be enough.

Little less than 20bs per door.

Its not a whole lot, I used some plates from my hydraulic press. I had my hinges rebuilt with oversized pins and they have pretty much zero flex. But the plates Id say are probably close to 15 lbs each Id guess. When i put my glass and mechanisms in all was fine.
