Ok guys trying to install the interior rear window trim what a pain in the ***. I bought it from legendary and the bends on the top pieces are not in the right place or the correct angle. I have tried a heat gun to fix the bend but just ruind the trim pretty much. I was wondering if anybody has had this problem and how did you fix it. Or where should i get a set from that will be correct. If anybody has one they would like to sell i am your buyer.

I think this might the most frustrating part on the car yet.

That stuff is useless plastic junk...Hate to say it because generally everything I get from legendary is spot on. I don't think they MFG it, just sell it though. I went through the same thing myself after buying that trim from Legendary. After a couple hours of getting frustrated, it ended up sitting on a shelf in my basement. Found some original stuff, cleaned and dyed it, went on in literally 2 minutes.

Good luck

That makes me feal a little better. Thats funny i installed my dried up originals they went right on perfectly. I posted an add looking for some originals hopefully better than what i have.

I love paying 80.00 bucks for junk.

I purchased Trim Parts Inc part # mp5104 6 piece, fit and finish like the original.
Had to do some trimming for a perfect fit as left and right side pieces longer than originals.

Thats good info turns out i just ordered a set from them tonight. I hope they fit like you say i will be a happy camper.

Thanks for the info.

Bought mine through Tamraz Parts off the Bag and fit like a glove.
