I just got one in for a friend of mine and thought I'd compare it to my 66 pick up. I think I'm going to make my 66 one as I don't think I could make this one work without a lot of hassle.
It has an internal regulator so no need for a return line. Produces 4 bar of pressure, so around 56 psi. I'm eager for him to get it in so we can tune on his car. The inline pump just wasn't cutting it.

It comes with a special filter that is amazing how they work. It's not a normal sock filter, I can't recall its name but I'll look it up and post in a bit.

Can you make out the numbers on that pump? What is the HP rating ?

They make 2 different ones, one is good up to 600, this one up to 800. I'll get the numbers later off the pump, I was hoping tge picture would make it easier to see, but it didn't.

Would appreciate that. Thanks,

Wow, they ain't cheap !!

I bought one of the Spectra EFI tanks which comes with the pump, etc.. The vast majority of pumps are Walbro's and can be swapped out based on your HP needs. The line size is a different story of course but seems to me for anything north of 500 HP 1/2" is recommended.

Just checked and the Spectra pump assy is about the same price as the Holley - which supports more HP.

No, they are not cheap. But I believe they are worth it.

might be this one or

I have the 1st one in my 69. No return line needed.

I ordered a 12-384 for him. I'm a Holley dealer. Yes, they are returnless. They are designed for the sniper system, but will work with any system requiring 4 bar of pressure.
The hydramat makes this an excellent system.

Yep, what else would they use? I just ordered 2 pumps to make mine and a friend's up as they don't offer them. His will use this pump and mine will use the GSS342 pump. It's funny, walbro lists them as not E85 compatible but I have used them for years with E85.

I have one of the Spectra EFI tanks with their pump assembly. I'd like to take it out for a look but can't figure how the hell they manage to get it in there through that hole !!!

It is a process, that's for sure. You have to rotate and angle it as you work it out.
