Hello,

I would like to add headrests to my GTX this winter. It is an early build car 8-27-68, so they were not standard and the car was not optioned for them either. Not a #s car, just would really like to add them. Other than the obvious headrests, dying them dark green, a set of bezels. What might I need to add in the seat frames??

Thanks in advance,

Mark

You will need a set of bezels and the internal clips, etc. Classic Industries offers a headrest hardware rebuild kit, this comes with the needed bezels and hardware. Part # MD2047

Are you sure you do not have the built in holes in the frame? I picked up a set of 67 sport satty buckets and took the back off looked up under there and saw in the factory frame the two mounting holes for the headrest poles. just sayin. try it maybe you'll get lucky and just need the main pieces. For detailed instructions look up mopar Stuart he has done it from scratch.
