Those are pot metal so what do you use to sand the paint off,do use regular primer and paint for that pot metal? Thanks

Sand blast them with star blast, then use etch primer from Rustoleum, fill any corrosion pits with skim coat then sand. after apply color coat using Rustoleum color.
