69 roadrunner vin help

Hi guys
Have a partial vin from a 69 roadrunner unsure how to go about obtaining the rest of the information
i know the car left a factory as a roadrunner, have body type as well. So have rm23
Body numbers on the car show a9 133XXX
How do i go about getting the rest of the information? Also is there anywhere i can get a replacement vin tag made?

All you're missing really is the H after the RM23 denoting the 383 engine, unless of course it was a Hemi. I assume you know the last 3 digits and the Xs are for security? I know nothing about replacement vin tags but I guess anything is possible. Obviously no fender tag but have you looked for a build sheet?
