70 RR Parking brake bracket location question.

Had the floors replaced and sub frame connectors added to my car years ago. Want to make the parking brakes working again. Where does this bracket mount on the floor and is it needed? Measurements?

Ok sorry for the blurry picture but here’s the measurements off of my car, 17 in from the pinch weld on the rocker panel,2 3/4 from the rear seat pan stiffener and 2 1/4 from the rear seat pan stiffener. Not that this sits on an angle. Hope this helps
