I need demensions for the thrust pins that go between the axles for my buddy. we are gonna whip up a set if we can get demensions fast enough.
 
I assume you're working on a Power Lock unit and not the Auburn? The length needs to be 1 1/2" long but I do not know the diameter of the roll pin. The 'buttons' on those are generally too small from the factory and I make mine no less than 5/8" diameter.....
 
If it's a power lock..

Over all length (with flange): .743
Pin Diameter .373
Flange thickness: .135
Flange diameter: .625

Why would the overall length be so much shorter than the pin for an Auburn unit? I've swapped with both types in the same rear and the axle adjustment was nearly identical.....

Well there are TWO pins, each a butthair shy of 3/4 inch, makes 1.5 inch like you said
