I have a rebuilt 1958 392 Hemi. As most of you know these are elephant sized engines at around 740 lbs.

My favourite Mopars are 63-65 B-Bodies and I am researching if any models would be a good candidate for my motor.

I was wondering if anyone on here has ever installed a 392 in their early B Body?

I am trying to research and do my homework on what it fits in and what is required for it to fit like mounts for engine and tranny, what tranny's bolt on, exhaust manifold fitment or is it all custom?

Coming up empty on searches other than little bits of info here and there.

If anyone voice an opinion or point me in the right direction that would be great.

Cheers and thank you.

Their is a white 63 Dodge about 45 minutes from my house that has a 354 Hemi in it. It was featured in Mopar Muscle about 4 or 5 years ago. It also uses a straight front axle but it looks cool with the older 354 Hemi in it. Ron
