Hey! Thanks for the opportunity to join a great site. I'm happy to say I once again own one of my favorite Mopars. it's a 1976 Chrysler Cordoba. Black exterior, black half vinyl top, red interior (non-Corinthian). 400-4 barrel, TF-727 column shift, 8 1/4 rear. Hardly any options. No A/C, no power windows or door locks. In fact, it weighs in 400lbs. lighter than my first Cordoba, and that had a small block in it. My first Mopar was bought when I was a Junior in high school. It was also a 1976. It was silver, silver half vinyl top, blue interior (non-Corinthian). 360-2 barrel, TF-727 column shift, 8 1/4 rear. That one was loaded with options. Blew the tranny three times doing left-hand-turn burn-outs (Tranny guy finally told me that doing that was blowing up the aluminum sprag, hence my transmission problems). What did I know? I was a stupid high school kid having fun. My two other Mopars were a 1977 Dodge Aspen R/T, and a 1977 Dodge Ramcharger. My family has been pretty brand loyal since my dad bought his used 1956 Plymouth Belvedere back in 1959. Thanks in advance for the help provided on these pages.
