Any thoughts on the value of this? 69 Coronet

So..... how much?

That's a nice car, personally I wouldn't do anything to it.... just drive the hell out of it.

For those who are follwoing this thread...

After a 10 hour round trip, I got it home and cleaned her up.. The only surprises were - 2 mouse holes in headliner 2 splits in back seat and it is faded some. Other then that. a really solid old original boat with its 318, AC and glass packs. Haha... I found another surpise at his house... He'd like to get rid of... coming soon.

nice car

- - - Updated - - -

what did you end up giving for it ?? since you asked us what it's worth

Now.. For the little goody, I found while there... a 66 Fury... An all orginal complete car, appears to be rust free, No dents, been sitting under a canopy for 20 yrs. Original 383 Full interior but seats are ripped up.. Not a highly desirable car, but cool none the less.. Check this out..Even all the Stainless trim is on the car.

He said he was going to scrap it.. I asked if he had a title.. He thinks he does. I stronglt suggested him not scrapping.. He asked me to help him get rid of it..

:car flipper:

I will probably keep this yeller one for a while. I needed a template to put my Bee back togather anyway...

As for flipping? I mean,, yeah sure, I have and do to fuel my hobby..

Just because Wannadrag wants to be a wise *** again, I'd like to know what TO Much is..
Is $8400 to much?

PS - $1500 for the Fury...

I'm wondering how much he ended up paying for the 69 also...

Thanks for answering my questions...

Hey the bumpers on the 66 even looked good. He also has 3000 aluminum hubcaps next to the car.. He was going to scrap until I told him they were worth about 1.25 lb / per hub cap.

I was within 1K (actually 600), anyone else closer?

...and I almost said 8.5, but gave a courtesy round up in order to avoid insult.

Nice car but sorry to the world...
I'd pay maybe $7K at the most.
Why?
Because I'm into Muscle cars and that is NOT a Musclecar.
It's a NICE Coronet and you ALL know I love Coronets.
But it's a 318 with an open rear end.
Prices are LOW now, there are cars selling at Mecum for $18K to $26K that are Thoroughbreds.
Again, I like your car as I stated in my first post but:
It IS what it IS.....
A nice survivor 69 Coronet.
Good luck, I hope you sell it and get $20K!
Like I mentioned earlier, if you bought it cheap enough, slap in a Hemi.

I think it's worth alot more than $5K. I'm genuinely interested in purchasing it of you're serious about selling it.

Bee Ski - You're entitled to your opinion of what the world thinks its worth and what "you'd pay for it" - But I politely disagree..
History and the market dictates something different. And yes, I will take $20k.. LOL..Naaaa.
Remember the Green one last month? With the horrible Green seats? That was a 318 car..

Yup,
Your correct...
After READING your post and researching the FACTS, seems like a $11K price on this Coronet is fair.
It IS a very nice car...
(Put a Hemi in it) LOL!
It just goes to show you and (ME) that on some cars and pricing, I just cant hit the "curve ball" so to speak.
AGAIN, show me another car in that condition...cant do it.
I now believe the car is well worth "NORTH" of $10K

Yup, it IS a sweet car, survivor status as previously mentioned.
My Bad...
Sorry...
Awesome car and as I said earlier...
