I have a set of 14 inch small bolt pattern rallye wheels. Will I be able to use these on a '72 Satellite Sebring Plus somehow?

While there are various types of wheel bolt adapters available, you'd be better off by selling your wheels to someone who can use them properly and look for the right bolt circle for yourself. Adapters can work, but you're going to have to trust that they're strong enough and accept that the wheels will be pushed out closer to the fender lip.

Excellence is never achieved through compromise.

You would also be going backwards in terms of strength. The 5 on 4 pattern A bodies used until 1973 used 7/16 studs, then switched over to B body upper ball joints , and LBP wheels and brakes. The B body cars use the larger diameter 5 on 4&1/2 pattern with 1/2 studs.

I upgraded my 67 barracuda to 5 on 4&1/2 with 79 cordoba 11.75" discs and 10 x 2&1/2 KH finned drums with the 1/2" studs, and sold that itty bitty A body stuff to the resto crowd. Plus your rim selection is much greater with the larger bolt pattern.
