I have a 70 Roadrunner with front buckets and console. Would like to get different front lap seat belts for it.....tired of having the long belts laying all around when not being used. Was wondering if any of you have found and are using front lap belts that retract down next to the console when not being used?
thanks

The long belts laying around the console are a pain in the but the shoulder belt with the freakin' heavy buckle gets to me after a while of driving.
I haven't seen any other solutions yet that I liked, I looked around years ago when I was looking into rear shoulder belts.
(notice how I used "but" as a dual purpose word.... )

the only solution I can think off, is insert a nut on roof frame, around where the B pillar should be and attach there an aftermarket 3 points retractor system... like Mopar did since 74, just that Mopars used double retractors, one for shoulder section and the other one for the lap belt section.

If you weld the upper anchor point in, the trucks have a single retraction setup. The belt goes through a loop at the top....
