Hey guys
So I have made plenty of posts asking questions on here but i have never shown any of you what Genny looks like. I was going to wait till she get closer to running but here she is anyway. All i have done is remove the hood when these were taken.
Also a special shout out to Summit Racing Thank you guys for being too incompetent to address a parcel as requested.

looks like Genny has seen a better day, but we know that brighter days are still to come. 6-pack is it an A12 car?

Roll up your sleeves, get a tetanus shot, and have some fun. Keep the pictures coming - looks like quite the project.

Lots more photos i just was unable to post more then a few at once no i'm afraid she only a clone.
Car arrive from America to my house in October 2011

You definitely have your hands full with that one.But you can get all the replacement parts for it. A question for you. A friend of mine says that all cars coming into Australia have to have the steering switched over to right hand drive, is that true? I've never heard of that before.

Yes and No If the car is more then 30 years old at time of import it does not need to be converted to right hand drive but if it is less then 30 at time of import it must be converted to right hand drive. I believe you require an engineering certificate if you do this. So a brand new 30 grand dodge ram that is brought over becomes a 70 grand dodge ram. Now someone has posted something i can upload more photos32358_4008388169988_1667432495_n.jpg163594_4883041875784_487172902_n.jpg165034_4275934218472_107779250_n.jpg226701_4275933498454_918404717_n.jpg582396_3285714543599_2134434712_n.jpg602531_4008387969983_1678847340_n.jpg 530657_4275934378476_115168633_n.jpg543193_4275934538480_1002531541_n.jpg734245_4275933418452_1296491849_n.jpg

You made those from scratch? You did one heck of a job!!!!!!!!!!! Those look just as nice as purchased ones.

Being a LH drive, isn't that gonna confuse ya lol!!!! You got some brass balls and mad fab skills.....looking good!!!!

That is some amazing fab work man! Good luck with this resto, that old bird will be in a great shape with the skills you have..

Sorry i believe some of you are misunderstanding i have not replaced the floor i have just repaired it. I did however make all of the drivers feet. Just wait till i do the front guards that i promise you all will love. The only problem i have with LHD is reverse parking but that is based on my experience in a much smaller car.

Dark green interiour hey... Goning to stick with it or change over? I've got dark green at the moment as well, but I have black doors, dash and seats. Trying to work out where to go with it all. Paint it black, or make a hybrid, Black and Green Interiour...

Its a protective black coat of paint over my rust treatment, Some parts will probably stay black but she's going to end up blue/blue started out as gold/green but i have no fender tag so... Work is happening on the car just waiting till it will make a better photo

This is impressive. I don't know many people the states that would take this one on
Aussies are awesome.
And when you get done, you will have something that you own. Unlike just buying a car someone else did and showing off your wallet.
I like the original color for what that is worth. Any chance of going back with that color?

No chance of going back to the original color Gold/bronze whatever the trunk wheelhouse's are looks crap also not sure what paint code gold/bronze it was. Looking like she will end up B5. It had a lot more rust then the photos let on. O well i bought it as a learning project. Many thing is i need to do the work myself, And trying to limit the sheet metal replacements bought so i learn how to make it instead. The hardest part i'm finding is the missing parts. Should there be something there, What does it look like etc.

Factory sales brochures, a Factory Service Manual, TSB's and keep perusing some reference restorations and ask questions about similar models here on FBBO and other Mopar forums. Here is an excellent start

http://www.ebay.com/bhp/1969-plymouth-service-manual

there's a site you can download the FSM's but I misplaced the link .. sure someone will share

sorry i haven't gotten around to more photos until recently.
Photo no 1 is my original diff axle hold in plate, Next to the replacement.
Notice the difference in thickness? I never bothered to compare before installation
Had to pull it all back apart and reinstall the original ones.

Some nice work so far mate :) keep it up and in no time you'll see some great results.

There sure wasn't much left of your frame rails. Nice to see a clean rear axle sitting under there.
