changing under the hood from old rusty looking 318 2 barrel to
a chrome look, aluminum intake 4 barrel, chrome fan shroud, chrome direct connection valve covers, chrome thermostat housing, 160 thermostat and I'm actually going to keep original with a thermoquad... I'm debating on weather to chrome the dual cone air cleaner. my son says that would be too much chrome under hood. He suggested to match the paint of car maybe using a textured paint.
I'm open to suggestions.
This will be mainly a cruiser 4 door, not a drag car...
any thoughts for the air cleaner???
