Sorry about that, 1962 Plymouth Fury...I asumed since this is a 62-65 thread, that would be understood...guess not. by the way it's a round hole about 1.162" dia

'62 might be different than a '65 that's why we ask.

Here's the '62 Dodge, same thing in most cases. Top hole is windshield washer hose, lower hole is for the speedometer cable.

The oval hole way down is for the shifter cables. Maybe it's there? The e-brake cable comes through the inner fender.
