even American tourists over here eat their meat pies on a plate with a knife and fork /spoon :rolleyes:

Mate....I eat my 'steak'n'cheese' at home with a knife and fork....usually because I generously douse it in train-smash, then I don't run the risk of the facial burn when the molten cheese oozes out the side and down my face.
On the run I eat it straight out of the bag.

Pizza - Domino's or store cooked - fingers / homemade with a knife and fork - mainly because my Mrs loads hers up with fresh prawns, mushrooms, salami, cheese.......and homemade topping (hungry yet?)

KFC - don't eat dirty bird in my house.

Fosh & Chups - finger food - always has been. Need the marty sauce and some coldies. :thumbsup:

Why yes, that's why I have cake forks.

I have found that when I make a cake , if I stuff it with enough frosting and nuts etc, I can pick it up and eat it with my fingers, plus, if you get it cold it tends to stay together better.

If anybody knows how to eat cake, it's me. Fork or fingers, I do both. The end result is what matters. Cake. Mmm, I'll cut me another piece.

Local lingo translation here -
Train-smash = tomato sauce
Fosh & Chups - this is how Australians think Kiwi's pronounce Fish & Chips :rolleyes:
Marty sauce = Tomato sauce
Coldies = Beer.....cold ones. :D
