90.00 per year with American Collectors for 15k agreed value. You guys are paying way to much....
you have to compare apples to apples. some insurance companies have strict limitations on where and when you can drive. if i want to go get ice cream with my kids and take the RR on a beautiful sunny day, no prob with coverage from haggarty.
Does not apply to my coverage as they allow me to drive it where and when ever I wish. The only actual restriction is it cannot be driven to work...I am retired anyway...unless for a stop at the shop or heading for a cruise after work. Car must be garaged too. You all are still paying way too much for your collector insurance. I just do not get it at all??? 200.00 plus for a year is way too much. Just an FYI also...I spent a number of years as an Independent Insurance Agent so I do know how to buy and sell Insurance and save some bucks while at it. Haggerty, is one of the most costly there is. And for those that insure their rides with say All State or State Farm and the likes are actually shooting themselves in the foot. Never insure a Classic Ride with those types of Insurers....
