custom engine sump

anyone ever made there own or customised a sump.
my milodon 7qt on my 505 sits a tad low for my liking as i got my ride lowered 2-3"

i would like to modify it so it sits lower but still hold the same quantity, will have to shorten the pickup as well,

anyone ever done this or have any ideas.

Get the Milodon road race pan 31580.....might be your best bet
