Dash Heater Control Source??

I've been looking the last few days for a supplier of either an NOS or re-pop heater control like my original in the photo. Mine actually works OK, but would love to find the metal mounting plate shown that has the black and chrome text. Classic Industries shows what almost looks like this bezel, but theirs doesn't have the control text, it's just a flat plate.

I'm going to contact Tony's Parts to see what he has, but if anyone knows of another source I'm all ears!
