Yep, I give a thank you wave. I also give a thumbs up for any old car on the road.

Mopars get little love in WI., or maybe it's just me. I do know hardcore mopar guys appreciate them.

Bud, the most impressive thing about that motor is the fuel pump. 55 gallons per HOUR?! Damn.

55 gal/MINUTE! That's more than half of what most firefighters would consider a bit much coming out of an 1 3/4" attack line if on it by themselves. LOL
So all Chrysler products are referred to as "Dodges" over there too, huh? It takes a MoPar person to recognize a MoPar I guess. Back in HS I drove a black 69 Charger one year then the next year I got my white 68 RR on the road and everyone thought I painted the Charger! And some even argued with me!! "NO, this is the black car you had last year." :icon_rolleyes: I should put this on my business card. "Educating the general public about late 60's MoPars since 1982."
same hereI blip the throttle. You know they want to hear it.

Some people are just idiots...LOL..., nice El'ranchero MeepsI have a 67 Ranchero and as far as the public is concerned the only "car trucks" made were El Caminos. I had people older than me tell me they had El Caminos and look straight at my car and call it a nice El Camino. WTF!!!???
