Hopefully she will be going back to her previous owner. He is working out of state at the moment.
When she is not in my company, she is destructive beyond belief. Growls and shows teeth at Liz, the boys are afraid of her.
When its just her and me, she is just good as gold, a sweetie.

Sorry wished it worked out but if the dog is not good with the family she has to go. Bummer.

When its just her and me, she is just good as gold, a sweetie.

My gf worked the phones and net for a week, trying to find a no-kill shelter or foster for her. EVERYBODY is full up! Only place that would take her would have put her down, almost immediately.
Right now, original owner seems like the best alternative.
IF I was living permanently by myself in Cali, she would have been great.
Unfortunately, that's not gonna happen.

68gtxman, SO sorry for your loss. Losing a family member can be the most terrible feeling, and all us dog lovers have gone thru it.
When you are ready, save a new one. The new one will save you.

I first saw the rainbow bridge thing when one of the animals had to be put to sleep and the vet sent a card. Since then I’ve wondered if anything like that is in the afterlife I’ll be busy gathering up all my animals, hopefully with restored memory so I find them all. Then I guess just chill while I wait for any of my still living animals to join us. Yeah I’m weird like that.

adopted this guy when he was 1yr. old about 6 yrs ago when i got the news! it's kind of a contest to see if I can outlive him! I hope so sure hurts me to think of him laying in the yard watching the road waiting for my truck to come home!does his job well, stays between my grandson and the lake if he doesn't have his life jacket on!Here he's watching us on the porch with binoculars, he's trying to sneek around that hedge to get a cookie from the neighbour,taco's all in on this trip,but still between him and the lake!

So very sorry for your loss. Our Gemma graduated from chemo therapy yesterday. They said she has defied all expectations, but that Lymphoma always returns. Hopefully later than sooner.
