Finnaly got on the dyno:hello2:Alan from ADVANCED RACE CARS {ARC} freshened up my engine a few monthes back and took a while for me to get on the dyno.Special thanks to Steve Gil who helped out BIG TIME loaning me headers & Pro System Dominators for my pulls. We had issues with my headers and SV1 Carbs. It's been almost a week since the dyno,my brain was on data overload 'till i could soak it all in.Turn up the volume>>> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpXg...ist=ULj9xzQ9w1oOM&lf=mfu_in_order&playnext=50

Thats a blast, isn't it?:headbang:

NICE !!! so whats the numbers look like ??

Shag,it was a blast after all the stress I put myself though.Felt good when it started at the tap of the starter and even better after a few pulls.

65-440......on pump gas and a very conservitive 28* of timing it was 700ish HP:hello2:That should scoot me around the cruze ins with no problem:icon_rolleyes:

Switched to good fuel 8 lbs of boost made 800 HP and 10 lbs made 900.:hello2:That will hold me off untill I get a data logger. Then I'll be looking for 13 to 15 lbs of boost.Any guesses what it will make??

Will be using a PRO TORQE converter,Joe said he's crazy busy and could take 2 or 3 weeks to make my converter. Also bought a billit steel drum,SFI flexplate and a CSI trans sheild to keep my toes in order:happy7:

8's.think your a little shy on hp for 8's maybe 9.70's is my guesstamate:jerk:
theres no way a 63 plymouth can weigh 3850lbs. maybe 3650

Ahh, the old "yeah it runs high 9's, but it weighs 7000lbs" statement. That is the excuse people use when their car doesn't go as fast as they think it should or have told everyone it's going to. That other Mopar website had more 4000lb 64 Fury's then I've ever seen (which was odd, considering mine had everything that came in/ on it from the showroom in 64 except the back seat and carpet, had a mild steel 8 point cage added, and yet weighed 3424lbs with me (190lbs) sitting in it....). Gotta love it. Why not just be proud of what you accomplish with your car, no matter the time it runs? Personally, I'm just as impressed by a 13 second car that a guy has poured his heart into as I am a low 8 second car that has been shown just as much love.

BTW Al, if your weight estimates are anywhere near accurate (3500lbs +), I hope you didn't spend all that money on tranny parts for a 727. 11-1200 flywheel hp pushing that kind of weight = grenade.
