I got my homemade solid mounts I made the mistake of removing a few years ago. Really no difference. What about solid motor mounts? They don't vibrate all that much in my opinion. I've changed motor mounts in the car. I used a 2"x4" on the pan rail, jacked it up, slip one out & one in
What type of failure was it ?I have went to solid mounts on all my cars after having a failure on a PolyLoc. No regrets....
Was actually the passenger side. Mike Schumacher was thinking it was caused by heat. I was the first with that issue, but not the last. He sold the company a couple of years later, so idk if they figured out exactly what the cause was. What type of failure was it ?
